Varsity Pitching

The MASH Pitching Program is an offseason training opportunity designed for committed players who want to develop their skills both on and off the field. The program offers flexible options to fit each athlete’s development path. 

We provide both High School and Youth Pitching Programs. Sessions are led by MASH Pitching Instructors in collaboration with MASH Strength Coaches. The focus of the program is to break down and build up each athlete’s pitching mechanics, delivery, and command, while also teaching body awareness and how to efficiently use their movements to generate power and control in the circle. 

All Pitching Programs come standard with 2x/week sessions for 18 weeks from November 1 – March 8 and includes an extra 4 additional sessions to utilize in-season (March – October).

Custom Performance Memberships Available Upon Request 

Pitching Groups 
Groups are 4:1 and coached by Angie Mulvihill 
Group 1: M/W 5-6pm Varsity  FULL
Group 2: M/W 6-7pm Youth - 1 spot
Group 3: M/W 7-8pm Varsity - 2 spots
Group 3: Tu/Th 6-7pm Varsity - 1 spot
Group 4: Tu/Th 7-8pm Youth - 4 spots
3rd Day Pitching (Sunday’s 8am-9am)
